The ambition of the training component is to coordinate and develop, at the regional level, a range of initial and lifelong training programs in the areas of expertise of the MATEX ARD. This is done to meet the evolving needs of professionals in companies and laboratories, enhancing their skills and competencies throughout their careers. The goal is also to highlight potential recruitment sources.
