Review of the Club Meeting on December 13, 2022

In the morning, we visited the BorgWarner company, which allowed us to discover the various services that make up this company as well as their strategic development, particularly focused on technical advancements in hydrogen injectors.

An afternoon plenary session was h eld with Club members at INSA Blois and concluded with two visits.

The first visit was to GREMAN: The Acoustics and Piezoelectricity Pole focuses on acoustic activities for the study of materials. The POLYSONS project (Functional Polymers for Ultrasonic and Innovative Sensors) was presented to us.

The second visit took place at the Gabriel LaMé laboratory with the COFIX Common Laboratory platform. This demonstrator, subjected to thermomechanical and vibrational stresses, involves extension to the temperatures and extreme stresses envisaged by the industrial partner, Caillau, specialized in the manufacture of clamps.
